Best for
- Reducing token usage when AI assistants review changes in large repositories
- Blast-radius analysis of callers, dependents and tests for a code change
- Risk-scored pull request comments in CI via the bundled GitHub Action
- Teams using several AI coding tools that want one installer to configure MCP for each
Install
pip install code-review-graph
code-review-graph install
code-review-graph build
Our take
Parses the repo into a SQLite graph of functions, classes, imports, calls and tests, updated incrementally via hooks or watch mode; supports a long list of languages plus custom grammars through languages.toml. The installer auto-detects and configures many tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Gemini CLI, and a clean uninstall command is provided. Token reduction figures (around 65x) come from the project's own benchmarks with a reproduction guide; requires Python 3.10+.
