Our take
Core is a single prompt (skills/ponytail/SKILL.md) with a compact AGENTS.md version for rules-file agents, plus adapters for Codex, Cursor, Copilot, OpenCode, Gemini and others. The README reports self-run benchmarks in Claude Code showing less code, cost, and tokens while keeping validation, security, and tests, but these are the author's own measurements. Commands require a skill-capable host; instruction-only adapters get the always-on ruleset without commands.
