Our take

Agent Reach does not do the reading itself; it selects, installs, and probes upstream tools (Jina Reader, yt-dlp, gh, twitter-cli, OpenCLI, bili-cli, etc.) with ordered fallback backends per platform and registers a SKILL.md for the agent. Default install only checks the environment; system changes require --system. Platforms like Twitter, Reddit, XiaoHongShu, Facebook, and Instagram need cookies or browser login sessions, and the README warns of account ban risk and recommends throwaway accounts; the README is primarily in Chinese with English, Japanese, and Korean translations, and it warns not to install the same-named PyPI package.
