Skills are plain Markdown with steps, verification gates, and anti-rationalization tables, and the README documents setup for many agents, including `npx skills add addyosmani/agent-skills`. In Claude Code, `/review` conflicts with a built-in command, so use `/agent-skills:review`. Installing a single skill via npx omits the shared `references/` checklists, a known gap tracked in issue #361.
